What does Swarelic do?
Swarelic builds an AI voice agent for your business and puts it on your phone line. It learns your business from your website, documents or a conversation, connects the tools you already use, creates the call workflows and tests them. The agent then answers your calls in English and ten Indian languages: booking appointments, answering questions, capturing leads and handing over to your team when a person is needed.
What is vibe building for voice agents?
Vibe building means creating a voice agent by describing what you want in plain words, instead of writing prompts or wiring a call flow. With Swarelic you chat with the setup assistant about your business; it builds the records, call workflows and connections, tests them, and changes them when you tell it what should change. You review and publish it; you never have to build it yourself.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You answer questions about your business the way you would brief a new receptionist. Swarelic handles the records, the connections to your tools, the workflows and the testing. Everything it builds stays visible in the app, so you can review and change it.
Can I start without a website?
Yes. Upload documents such as a price list, a service brochure or your policies, or describe your business to the setup assistant by voice or chat. Swarelic learns from any of the three.
Can it work with my current tools?
Google Sheets and Cal.com connect today, through your own account. Excel, Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Calendly are coming soon, and a system with a REST API can be added as a source. If you have no system yet, Swarelic’s built-in records work from day one.
How long does setup take?
Most businesses have a test-ready agent in minutes: paste your website, answer the questions it can’t answer from there, and try a test conversation. Going live takes a little longer: you pick a voice, review what was built and connect your number through Exotel.
What does it cost?
Every new workspace starts with 20 free credits, no card needed, so you can build and test before connecting a number. After that, usage is ₹3 per billed agent minute. Your phone number and call minutes are billed separately by your telephony provider, and we show any taxes or extra fees before you activate a number.
Can I test before going live?
Yes. Swarelic runs test conversations as it builds, and you can talk to the agent yourself in the app, by text or voice, before it answers a real call. Nothing goes live until you publish it.
Do I need to design a database or data schema?
No. Swarelic works out the records your business needs, such as doctors, services and appointments for a clinic, and sets them up for you. If you already keep that information in Google Sheets or another supported tool, it connects to it instead, through your own account. You can review and change everything before going live.
Do I need my own phone number and telephony account?
Yes, for now. Swarelic is bring-your-own-telephony: you connect your own Exotel account and choose which of its numbers the agent answers. Your provider bills you directly for the number and call minutes; Swarelic does not sell numbers or minutes. You paste three settings into an Exotel flow, and the Phone tab shows you which. Plivo and Vobiz are planned.
How is Swarelic different from other voice AI platforms?
Most voice AI platforms give you a prompt to write or a flow to wire, and leave connecting and testing to you. Swarelic’s setup assistant does that work itself: it learns your business from your website, documents or a conversation, connects the systems you already use, designs and tests each call, and gets the agent ready for you to review and publish. You approve what it builds; you don’t have to build it.
How do I set up Swarelic?
By pasting your website, uploading documents or talking to the setup assistant, whichever you prefer. It asks about your services, team, hours, where appointments and customer records live and when a person should take over, the way a voice AI engineer would. It connects the systems you name through your own accounts, designs each type of call, tests it with trial conversations and a trial booking, lets you pick the voice callers hear, and publishes when you say so. Every workflow stays visible in the editor if you want to fine-tune a step.
What can Swarelic AI do during a call?
During a call, Swarelic can check your calendar and book, reschedule or cancel appointments, answer questions from your own price lists, policies and website, ask qualifying questions and log the lead in your records, look up an order status in your systems over an API, and hand the call to your team with the full context when a person is needed.
Can a caller change or cancel someone else’s booking?
Only within the rules you set. During setup you choose what a caller must confirm before an existing booking is moved or cancelled, how many upcoming bookings one caller can hold, how much notice a change needs and which changes always go to a person. Swarelic applies those rules on every call.
Which businesses is Swarelic AI built for?
Swarelic is built for any business that handles a steady flow of inbound calls, including clinics and hospitals, real estate teams, salons and spas, fitness studios, hospitality and restaurants, education, home services, automobile dealerships and service centres, and professional services. The conversation changes by industry, but the job is the same: understand the request and complete the next action.
Can Swarelic use my existing business number?
If your number is with Exotel, yes: choose it during setup and callers keep dialling the number they know. If it is with another provider, you take an Exotel number for now, or ask us about keeping your existing number. Swarelic does not sell numbers itself.
What happens if Swarelic cannot handle a request?
You choose during setup: Swarelic puts the caller through to your team or takes a message, with the details already collected. Outside your hours it takes a message or tells callers when you open. Questions callers asked that it could not answer come back to you through the setup assistant, so you answer them once and Swarelic uses your answer from then on.
Does Swarelic replace my front-desk team?
No. Swarelic takes the repetitive calls, such as bookings, lead questions and status queries, and hands the conversation to your team when a caller needs human judgment, has a sensitive request or asks for something the agent isn’t set up for. Your team stays in control. See AI receptionist vs human receptionist.
Which languages does it support?
Swarelic speaks and understands English, Hindi, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu. It picks up the caller’s language from their first words, follows if they switch mid-call, and handles mixed speech such as Hinglish.
Can it handle several calls at once?
Yes. Swarelic is designed to handle up to five simultaneous calls without creating a traditional waiting queue.
Is Swarelic available now?
Yes, as early access. Every new workspace starts with 20 free credits. You set up your own agent with the setup assistant, test it on real calls and put it on your business number. If you would rather have a walkthrough first, request one.
Can I change the agent after it is live?
Yes, the same way you set it up. Say or type what changed, such as new staff, new hours or a different appointment length. Swarelic updates the affected workflows, checks them again and publishes a new version. If something is not right, you can go back to an earlier version in one step.
