Use AI to support a responsible care team.

These boundaries apply to the public demo and describe acceptable use to be carried into an agreed service. Administrative automation must respect patients, staff, privacy and applicable Indian law.

1. Intended use

You may use the website to understand Swarelic AI, listen to its sample and discuss a proposed administrative workflow. Agreed service uses can include appointment enquiries, clinic-approved information, scheduling and staff handoffs within the scope of your written agreement.

Use fictitious data during evaluation. Keep practitioners, administrative staff and patients informed of the assistant’s role and ensure that someone is accountable for unresolved tasks.

2. Medical and identity boundaries

Do not represent the AI as a registered medical practitioner or use it to provide independent diagnoses, prescriptions, report interpretation or emergency triage. Do not impersonate a patient, caregiver, doctor, hospital or government authority. Do not generate deceptive recordings or hide an automated identity where disclosure is required.

Do not use the system to make unsupported clinical claims, promise treatment outcomes or encourage a patient to delay necessary care. Use clinic-approved escalation routes for questions outside the administrative scope.

3. Personal information and permissions

Do not upload patient lists, medical records, identity documents, passwords or financial credentials to a public demonstration or sales mailbox. Do not access another person’s records without appropriate authority, reuse recordings for an unrelated purpose, or place sensitive data in a channel that has not been approved for it.

A parent, caregiver or staff member’s access must match their authority and the purpose of the request. Do not use patient information for profiling, discriminatory treatment, unauthorised model training or unrelated marketing. See the Healthcare Data Notice.

4. Respectful communications

Do not use the service for spam, harassment, fraudulent calls, deceptive promotions or unlawful collection of contact details. Do not evade recipient preferences, unsubscribe requests, telecom sender requirements or platform restrictions.

Separate appointment-related communications from promotional campaigns. Where Indian telecom rules apply, confirm sender registration, templates and permissions with the provider and TRAI’s current sender guidance. Permission for one channel or purpose is not unrestricted permission for every other use.

5. Protect systems and third-party rights

Do not introduce malware, overload the website or service, bypass security measures, extract credentials, probe systems without written authorisation or interfere with another organisation’s use. Respect intellectual property and do not reproduce another party’s content, voice or branding without a lawful basis.

Security concerns should be reported through the security reporting route. A reporting invitation is not permission to perform intrusive tests.

6. Concerns and service restrictions

Report suspected misuse to sales@swarelic.com with a concise description and relevant non-sensitive details. Do not forward patient records as evidence in an initial email.

Access restrictions, investigation, remediation and termination for a purchased service are subject to the service agreement and applicable law. Where a restriction affects a clinic’s workflow, the clinic remains responsible for maintaining an appropriate alternative patient-contact process. These boundaries supplement the Terms of Service.
