For healthcare teams evaluating Swarelic AI.

These terms cover this public website and its demonstration materials. Production services, patient data processing, pricing and support require a separate written agreement.

1. Website use and eligibility

These Terms of Service describe permitted use of the Swarelic AI website, sample audio, illustrations and published information. You should be at least 18 and have appropriate authority when enquiring on behalf of a clinic, hospital or other organisation. If these terms are unacceptable to you, please discontinue use of the website.

“Swarelic AI” refers to the brand under which OPEN ROOT TECHNOLOGIES LLP operates this site. Before a purchase, the contracting entity and its business details must be identified in the written quotation or service agreement. Merely browsing, emailing or playing the sample does not purchase a service or create a patient–doctor relationship.

2. What the service is intended to support

Swarelic AI is presented as an administrative voice assistant for healthcare teams: handling appointment enquiries, sharing clinic-approved information, and routing requests to staff. A proposed deployment must specify its supported languages, hours, appointment rules, systems and escalation paths.

Demonstrations use illustrative workflows and do not establish guaranteed accuracy, call-answering speed, booking success, availability or financial outcomes. Named channels and system categories are examples to discuss; compatibility and permitted data flows must be confirmed for your deployment.

3. Medical boundaries and emergencies

The website and sample assistant do not diagnose, prescribe, interpret investigations, make clinical decisions or offer emergency triage. Clinical advice must come from appropriately qualified healthcare professionals. Administrative summaries may contain errors and need review where accuracy affects care.

Do not use this website, a sales enquiry or the demo to seek emergency assistance. In India, call 112 for an emergency, or contact the appropriate emergency care service. The national number is described by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

4. Healthcare organisation responsibilities

  • Supply accurate clinic hours, practitioner availability, fees where relevant, location information and approved administrative scripts.
  • Define the confirmation, cancellation and rescheduling process; a captured request is not a confirmed appointment unless the scheduling system accepts it.
  • Assign staff ownership for callbacks, failed transfers, unclear requests and any clinical question.
  • Establish appropriate patient notices, permissions, recording disclosures and caregiver verification before processing personal information.
  • Check each connected tool’s suitability for the intended information and restrict access to authorised personnel.

Do not submit real patient data through the public demo or ordinary sales email. Production responsibilities, including retention, security, assistance with rights requests and incident handling, belong in the service and data-processing agreements.

5. Calls, SMS and WhatsApp

The healthcare organisation must establish the lawful basis, recipient preferences and approvals for its communications. Where applicable, commercial calls and bulk SMS must follow Indian telecom requirements, including sender registration, approved headers or templates, and consent or preference requirements. The current requirements should be checked with the telecom provider and TRAI’s guidance for senders.

Do not treat an appointment enquiry as unlimited permission for promotional outreach. WhatsApp use also depends on the platform’s requirements and the recipient’s chosen channel. Neither a successful API response nor this website guarantees message delivery.

6. Pricing, taxes, payment and cancellation

There is no paid checkout or subscription purchase on this website. For an Indian customer, a written quotation should identify the amount in Indian rupees (INR), whether GST is included or additional, any usage and setup charges, the billing period and payment terms. No rate, free trial or refund entitlement is implied by this website.

Service commencement, renewals, cancellation notice, refunds, credits, data export and termination assistance are governed by the accepted written agreement and mandatory applicable law. Discuss these points before authorising deployment or payment.

7. Permitted use and intellectual property

You may view and share links to the public pages and use the demonstration to evaluate the service. Unless otherwise stated, the Swarelic AI branding, page content and original demonstration materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

Do not impersonate a clinician, use recordings deceptively, extract sensitive information, bypass access controls, disrupt the site, or use the service for spam or unlawful activity. The Acceptable Use Policy explains these boundaries. Rights and exceptions provided by law are preserved.

8. Availability and third-party services

Website information may change and may occasionally be incomplete or unavailable. Audio playback and external links depend on your device, network and other providers. No uptime commitment, integration warranty or clinical performance warranty arises from the public website.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, demonstration materials are provided for evaluation as available. Any negotiated warranties, support commitments or service levels belong in a signed service agreement. Nothing here excludes a protection or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Responsibility and limitations

You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of a proposed deployment and for decisions made using demonstration content. Do not rely on sample transcripts as clinical records or on mock interface figures as evidence of production performance.

Liability for purchased services is governed by the written agreement and applicable law. These website terms do not impose a monetary cap for a service you have not purchased, waive mandatory consumer rights, or remove liability that Indian law does not allow a party to exclude.

10. Indian law and resolving concerns

These website terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory protections and conflict-of-law rules that apply. A court or statutory forum with lawful jurisdiction may hear a dispute. These terms do not invent an exclusive city of jurisdiction or require private arbitration.

For a website or business concern, contact sales@swarelic.com with relevant details. Trying to resolve an issue directly does not restrict a right to approach a competent authority. Privacy concerns can be raised through the privacy grievance route.

11. Changes and order of documents

We may revise website materials and these terms; the revision date appears above. Changes do not retrospectively alter a signed customer agreement. For a production service, the executed agreement and its agreed order of precedence govern; this public page does not replace it. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
