We aim to make this website understandable and usable across devices and input methods. This statement describes the features included, the limits of the demonstration and how to report a barrier.
1. Our approach
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design reference. This is an accessibility objective, not a claim of independent certification or complete conformance. A healthcare deployment requires its own accessibility assessment, including its telephone experience and staff alternatives.
2. Features of this website
- A skip link, labelled navigation, one main heading per page and a structured heading order.
- Keyboard-operable links, audio controls, policy contents links, FAQ disclosures and Cookie settings.
- Visible keyboard focus and a privacy panel that returns focus to the control that opened it.
- Responsive layouts, scalable text and scrollable policy tables on small screens.
- A text transcript with an English translation of the Hindi–English sample call.
- No automatic audio playback, a control to pause the visual preview, and support for a device’s reduced-motion preference.
3. Understanding the demonstration
The call is a prerecorded illustration. You can read the full transcript without listening or waiting for the animated phone display. The translated text is provided for understanding the example, and does not certify production translation quality.
The demonstration is not a live booking service. We do not claim that automated voice is suitable for every patient, speech pattern, hearing need, disability or language. A clinic should provide practical alternatives such as a human receptionist or its existing accessible contact channel.
4. Known limits and improvements
The site’s full written content is currently in English for India; only the sample conversation includes Hindi. It is not a complete Hindi or regional-language edition. Audio, fonts and browser features can behave differently across devices. External reference sites and email applications are outside this website’s control.
Illustrative console panels are static examples, not interactive account settings. If a layout, transcript or interaction prevents you from getting information, please report the specific barrier so it can be investigated.
5. Request help or report a barrier
Email sales@swarelic.com with “Accessibility request” in the subject. Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered, and your preferred way to receive the information. Browser or assistive-technology details are helpful if you are comfortable sharing them.
You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or send medical records. Ask for an alternative text explanation if the audio or visual demonstration is inaccessible to you. This business mailbox is not an emergency or patient-care service.
6. Review and reference
We review this statement as the site changes and as barriers are reported. For the accessibility standard used as a reference, see the W3C WCAG 2.2 specification. Privacy information about a feedback email is covered by our Privacy Policy.
